Speech & Language Therapy
Our speech language pathologists (SLPs) work with people who have delays or disorders with
speech, language (receptive- the ability to understand words that are spoken; expressive- the
ability to use words to express yourself), thinking, and swallowing. Our SLPs are able to prevent,
assess, diagnose, and treat children with articulation, phonology, apraxia, receptive-expressive
language, fluency, voice, resonance, swallowing, feeding, oral motor, myofunctional,
craniofacial and pragmatic disorders. We are experienced and trained to work with children
who present with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, genetic disorders,
craniofacial abnormalities, hearing loss, motor speech disorders, cognitive disorders, tongue
thrusts, and more. Our facility provides speech therapy in English and Spanish. Interpreters
available for other languages with advance notice.
